Before and after
A 1-star Booking.com review that is partly unfair: it calls the host a scammer, demands a full refund and threatens a bank dispute. The host's notes: the heating was fixed by 11am the morning after the guest wrote, no refund has been agreed, and the host is unsure about the bin.
A defensive reply (written by us to show the trap, not a model output): "We are sorry you feel this way. You said we never answered, but we replied at 8:10am. The listing clearly says partial sea view and a street with bars."
After (real output, Claude Sonnet, unedited):
"Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. You found the heating was not working on your first night at the flat. The engineer had the heating working again by 11am the following morning. We are sorry your stay was not better and thank you for telling us."
It names one main issue, gives the one confirmed fix, and leaves out the other complaints, the refund demand, the bank dispute, the word "scammer" and the bin it was unsure about. It wrote a private message to the guest with no mention of money, and told the host to decide the refund privately and where a money claim is settled.
What it does
Paste a guest review and what you know about what happened. You get the public reply to post under it, a private message to the guest, and a note on what to fix. The reply is written for the people who read it next: future guests. It is true as it stands, because it never claims a fix you have not made and never speaks for you beyond thanks, acknowledgement and apology.
The evidence
TESTED badge. Run on at least three real examples and scored against a written standard, with the record on file.4 real guest reviews, 8.5 to 9 out of 10.
Tested 6 Oct 2026 on 2 invented reviews (mixed on Vrbo; harsh and partly unfair on Booking.com with a refund demand): clean on Claude Sonnet after one fix; on ChatGPT's free model two mild flaws remain. Small test; earlier version scored 8.5 to 9 on 4 real public reviews.
More on how it was tested
Version 2 (2026-10-06): two invented reviews not used before, each with the host's private notes. One mixed review on Vrbo, one harsh and partly unfair review on Booking.com with a refund demand. Run on claude-sonnet-5-5 with the workflow and on gpt-5.6-luna (ChatGPT's free-tier model) with the paste-in prompt, every output read by hand for invented facts, promises and private details. Results: the first version argued about reply times, wrote what the guest "expected" and, on the free-tier model, put an unsure fact and a payment line in public. We fixed the rules and re-ran the harsh review: Claude Sonnet came back clean on both reviews. The free-tier model is clean on money and insults on the harsh review, with two mild flaws left (a faint rebuttal about the reply time and a paraphrase of the guest's complaint) and it dropped two complaints from the mixed reply. A later round fixed the reply to four short sentences naming one main issue; the free model then wrote 38 and 41 words in that shape, though on the mixed review it named two kitchen items and its fix did not match the issue. Small test, two reviews, one run each. No host has yet used these replies on a live listing. Records: tests/guest-review-reply/runs-v2-2026-10-06/ in our test folder.
Limits
- It knows only what the review says and what you tell it. It cannot check what happened.
- Airbnb states that a host's response is posted immediately and shown with the review. We have not confirmed whether a response can be edited later. Treat it as permanent and read it before you post.
- For reviews about injury, illness, discrimination or legal threats it gives a holding reply and tells you what to check. That is not legal advice.
- In an earlier version, one reply on claude-opus-5-5 congratulated the group and wrote "our path" where the review said "the owners' path". The workflow now rules both out, and the rerun did neither. Read every reply before posting.
- It does not guarantee results.
Questions
How do I pay and get the files?
Checkout: Gumroad opens on this page. Click Add to cart, enter your email and card details, and check the total, with any VAT, before you pay. Prices here are in US dollars.
After you pay: a download page opens right away with the zip file, and Gumroad gives you a receipt there that you can resend. Open it, then paste the text from the prompts folder into ChatGPT and add your details.
Refunds and contact
If it does not do the job, ask and we refund you within 30 days. Reply to your receipt, or write to kaiventura.founder@gmail.com.
Which assistants does it work with?
Works in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and most other AI assistants: paste in the text, or load the files if your assistant supports them. Setup steps are under For technical users. We run our release tests on Claude Sonnet and Opus. Use your assistant's strongest model: in our tests, a small, fast model added facts that were not in the source data. No scripts and no web access needed: it works from what you paste.

Using it with an AI assistant
- Unzip the download. It holds the
guest-review-replyfolder, ready-made zips for claude.ai in aclaude-aifolder, a README and the licence. - Put the
guest-review-replyfolder where your assistant looks for skills. The generic path is.agents/skills/(ornpx skills addfrom a folder). Tool-specific paths:- Claude Code:
~/.claude/skills/(or.claude/skills/inside one project) - OpenAI Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor and others:
.agents/skills/or the skills folder their docs name - claude.ai: Customize, Skills, then the plus button, Create skill, Upload a skill, and upload the zip from the
claude-aifolder without unzipping it (code execution must be on in Settings, Capabilities) - ChatGPT or any chatbot: open the skill's
prompt.md, paste it into the chat, then paste your own text or link - Steps for each tool, with links to its official docs: how to install skills
- Claude Code:
- Ask for the job in plain words, for example: "A guest left this review and I don't know how to respond. Site: Airbnb. My notes: ... Review: ...". The skill loads by itself.
