Thank the guest, say an honest review helps future guests, and stop there. Ask once, after they have left, and send one reminder at most. Airbnb's policy says hosts and guests may not pressure or incentivise a review, so offer nothing in return.

What to avoid
- Offering a discount, a refund or a free stay for a review. Airbnb's policy says reviews may not be given or withheld in exchange for something of value.
- Promising a good review in return. The policy names "a reciprocal positive review".
- Asking only the happy guests. Ask everyone the same way.
- Chasing more than once. One reminder is enough.
- Telling a guest what to write, or asking for a set number of stars.

What the paid pack adds
The messages above are free. The pack drafts the public reply once a review arrives.
Host Ops Pack
How it works: You paste your own text (a review, rough rules or a listing). It writes from the real words and flags anything you should check. Works in ChatGPT, Claude or any chatbot. No install.
What you give it: Your own words: a guest review, your rough rules, your listing text.
What you get: Six skills. Guest Review Reply: a public reply that is true as it stands, optional sentences to add once a fix is real, a private to-do list, and a flag on any review that needs your judgement first. House Rules and Guidebook: the standard rule settings to choose, calm extra rules, and a house manual built only from what you wrote, with a list of what is missing. Also a listing rewriter, a listing audit, photo descriptions and a review pattern finder.

Can I ask a guest for a review on Airbnb?
Read Airbnb's Reviews Policy first. It says hosts and guests may not pressure or incentivise another person to influence a review. We write a thank you and a polite ask, with nothing offered in return and nothing said about what to write.
How long does a guest have to leave a review?
Airbnb says both parties have 14 days after checkout to submit their review. Reviews are only posted after both have submitted, or once the 14 days have ended, whichever comes first.
When should I send a review request?
Soon after check-out, while the stay is fresh. One reminder a few days later is enough. This is our advice, not a rule.
Should I ask for a five-star review?
No. Ask for an honest review. Asking for a set number of stars could read as the pressure the policy rules out.
Questions people ask
What do I do with the [BRACKETS]?
Replace each one with a real fact. If you cannot, delete the line. Never leave a bracket in what you send.
Do I have to ask for a review?
No. Many guests leave one without being asked. A polite message after check-out helps those who forget.
